Agios Nikolaos (or Selinitsa) is a picturesque fishing village of Messiniaki Mani close to Stoupa and a known destination for vacations. It is located on the Messinian Gulf shore, about 30km southeastern to Kalamata and belongs to Lefktro Municipality of Messinia Prefecture.

The village was first inhabited during the period of 1830-1840 and the inhabitants were occupied exclusively to fishing. Over the last few years, Agios Nikolaos managed to develop the tourism of the area by creating facilities for hosting of tourists and offer them lovely and comfortable vacations. You can find some great beaches nearby where you can relax and enjoy the clean waters of Messinian Golf.
